DAMAGED PRODUCTS
All product is tested for quality and all shipments are thoroughly inspected before leaving the warehouse. On delivery, please check order to ensure that it has not been damaged in shipment. In the event of product damage, a claim may be made within 48 hours of receiving order for a full refund or product replacement. Please call us at (405)316-9223 or email at orders@redriverlabsok.com and provide detailed information and pictures of any product damaged during shipping.
UNSATISFACTORY PRODUCTS
All our ingestible products include hemp oil in their creation, all topical products do not.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with our product, we offer a thirty-day unopened product (seal unbroken) and a 10-day opened product return period for a full refund after product has been returned. We will provide a printable return label to return product. Please call us at (405)316-9223 or email at orders@redriverlabsok.com and provide detailed information regarding your return request.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
